$10 per week if registering for the entire session

Your
first evening is free -
wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to
dance with us!
You may join this class at any time. We begin with the foundations of
Middle Eastern dance (belly dance):
Posture, body mechanics and isolations, basic
techniques and terminology, and basic finger cymbal (zill) technique.
We
also work on improving strength and flexibility to lay the groundwork
for more advanced techniques.
This is a supportive class environment for
dancers with any level of fitness or dance experience.
You can expect to learn at this level for six months to a year.

As you drive up the Main St. hill from downtown Bangor,
the Pilates studio is on the left
in the block between the Maine Discovery Museum and the
Greyhound station.
